MIgraine Intense Today
This migraine that started last night has intensified today. It's one of those that includes some facial pain. I hope anyone else with the same today can take it easy on themselves, because this one is likely to get a little worse through tonight.
This indicates intensifying quake activity along the US West Coast states, and along the Alaskan coastal areas. There has also been activity occurring in swarms slightly inland, including Utah, and Idaho. Watch the active volcanic regions for activity. Something is rumbling under there.
The South American coastal states, and Central America will have more activity as well, within the next 24 hours. This will include volcanic activity.

Hi..I live in Thailand, and I'm EQ sensitive.
Three days before the recent EQ and tsunami I had the ear pressure thing, which was more intense than I have had before.
Starting Tuesday of this week I had a really strange headache including jaw pain and facial pain. It only eased off last night. I know that when the pressure/pain goes an EQ happens with in 72 hours. And based on the intensity - this one is going to be HUGE!!!
Kate, thanks for posting up. I hope you are feeling better. You are in such an active area, it must be hard on your head.
I haven't responded sooner because of just that kind of migraine. The facial pain is bad enough, but whatever it is, is also jolting my teeth, upper right side.
It seems to be connected to quakes inland from the US west coast. It was horrible when Mt.St.Helen's rumbled last weekend.
There is a lot of activity now in your region. It seems to be increasing in intensity, so take care.
